Bonai is a software platform operated by Admati Labs, a company registered in Israel. Bonai audits how AI search engines describe a business, identifies gaps and inaccuracies in those descriptions, and generates content drafts intended to address those gaps. The service is delivered through the Bonai dashboard at app.bonai.app.
Bonai is a generation tool. It produces drafts. It does not host your website, does not publish content on your behalf, and does not act on your accounts at third-party platforms. You decide what to do with the drafts Bonai produces.
By creating an account or using Bonai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information at signup and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by anyone you authorize to use it on your behalf.
One account per person or business entity. Sharing accounts across multiple businesses is not permitted.
To use Bonai, you submit the URL of a website you want audited and optimized. By submitting a URL, you represent and warrant that:
You may not submit URLs of websites you do not own or have authorization to operate. If you do, you are solely responsible for any resulting claims, and you indemnify Admati Labs against those claims under section 11.
Bonai uses AI to generate content drafts based on the business information you provide and on publicly available information from web search and AI search engines. You retain ownership of content drafts generated for you, subject to these terms.
AI-generated content can contain factual errors, outdated information, fabricated quotes or statistics, or descriptions that misrepresent your business. Bonai applies prompt-level rules and source verification intended to reduce these errors, but it cannot eliminate them.
You are solely responsible for reviewing every piece of content Bonai generates before publishing it anywhere. You are responsible for fact-checking claims, verifying citations, confirming attributions, and ensuring the content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. You are responsible for compliance with applicable advertising, marketing, and disclosure laws.
Admati Labs makes no warranty that generated content is accurate, complete, current, fit for any particular purpose, free from infringement, or suitable for publication without your review.
Bonai's audits report what AI search engines say about your business at the time of the audit. AI search engines change frequently, produce different responses to the same question on different runs, and reflect the data in their training corpora and live retrieval at any given moment.
Audit results are observations at a point in time. They are not predictions of how AI search engines will describe your business in the future, and they are not guarantees about traffic, revenue, leads, conversions, or any other business outcome. Decisions you make based on audit results are your own.
Bonai never publishes content on your behalf. The dashboard provides drafts for you to copy, edit, and post manually. The Bonai API provides programmatic access to your own content drafts so you can integrate them into your own workflows.
If you choose to connect the Bonai API to an automation tool, an AI agent, or any other system that publishes content on your behalf, that automation acts on your instructions and uses your credentials. You are the publisher of everything that automation posts. Admati Labs is not a party to any publication and bears no publisher liability.

Admati Labs may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Bonai is a subscription service. Pricing is published on bonai.app and may change from time to time. Founding members (the first 20 paying members) receive a price locked for the lifetime of their continuous active subscription, as displayed at the time of their signup. If a founding member cancels and later resubscribes, the founding member rate does not apply to the new subscription.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Admati Labs does not receive or store payment card details. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Bonai does not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. Refunds outside the standard cancellation flow are at Admati Labs' discretion.
If a payment fails and is not corrected within a reasonable period, Bonai may suspend the subscription. Suspended accounts that remain unpaid for 30 days may be deleted along with their content.
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. When you delete your account, Bonai will:
Account deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed. Routine encrypted backups maintained by the hosting provider may retain copies for up to 30 days, but recovery from those backups is not available as a customer-facing option. Refunds are not issued on account deletion.
Bonai depends on third-party AI services (including Anthropic's Claude API and Anthropic's web search tool) and on AI search engines that Bonai audits (including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini). These third-party services change their behavior, pricing, capacity, and availability without notice.
Admati Labs has no control over third-party AI services. If a third-party AI service becomes unavailable, changes its output meaningfully, or becomes commercially unviable to use, Bonai may delay generation, change which AI services it uses, modify the format of generated content, or suspend specific features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Admati Labs, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
Bonai is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Admati Labs disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, and security.
Admati Labs does not warrant that audit results will be accurate, that generated content will be free of errors or hallucinations, that the service will achieve any particular result for your business, that AI search engines will cite your business after you use Bonai, or that the service will be available without interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admati Labs and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Bonai. This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, reputational harm, and the cost of substitute services, even if Admati Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, Admati Labs is not liable for: lost revenue your business attributes to AI search visibility outcomes; reputational harm from content you published that Bonai generated; business losses arising from inaccurate audit results; costs incurred to verify, correct, or replace content Bonai produced; third-party platform actions taken against you including account suspensions, content removals, or visibility changes; outcomes from decisions you made based on Bonai's outputs; or any consequences of automated publication by tools or agents you connected to the Bonai API.
Admati Labs' total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of Bonai is limited to the amount you paid Admati Labs for the service in the two months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Admati Labs may modify, add, or remove features of Bonai at any time. We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes that adversely affect existing subscribers, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
You may terminate your subscription or delete your account at any time. Admati Labs may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates risk for Admati Labs or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including indemnification, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — survive any termination of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of Bonai will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants you the right to bring claims in your local courts and that right cannot be waived by contract, this clause does not override that right.
Admati Labs is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: outages, capacity issues, or behavior changes at third-party AI services (including Anthropic and AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini); outages at hosting providers, payment processors, or email providers; internet infrastructure failures; cyberattacks; natural disasters; government actions; or labor disputes. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service but bear no liability for the duration of any such interruption.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these terms without our written consent. Admati Labs may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Admati Labs regarding Bonai and supersede any prior agreements.
