Bonai is a platform operated by Admati Labs that provides AI-generated website creation, domain registration facilitation, AEO file generation, and content generation services. By using Bonai you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information at signup.
Domains are registered in your name via third-party registrars. You are the legal registrant. Bonai facilitates the registration process on your behalf. .com domain yearly renewal is included while your subscription is active. Premium TLD renewals (.io, .ai, etc.) are billed at cost annually. If you cancel, you are responsible for renewing your domain directly with the registrar.
Bonai hosts your site on its infrastructure. You are responsible for all content published on your site. Bonai is a platform provider, not a publisher of your content. You indemnify Admati Labs against any claims arising from content you publish.
You are the data controller for any personal data collected by your site and its visitors. Bonai acts as a data processor on your instruction. You are responsible for maintaining a compliant privacy policy on your site and for compliance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR where relevant.
Subscriptions are billed monthly at $49/month. Domain registration fees are billed separately at cost in your first month. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Bonai does not store payment card data. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
You may not use Bonai to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes on third-party rights. Bonai reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Bonai provides hosting on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Admati Labs is not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
AI-generated content provided by Bonai is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and taking ownership of any content before publishing or distributing it. Bonai makes no representations about the accuracy or fitness of generated content for any particular purpose.
Admati Labs' total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Bonai service is limited to the total fees you have paid in the three months preceding the claim. Admati Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
